Why are there bubbles after liquid silicone molding?

Bubbles in LSR molded parts are caused by: 1) Air entrapment during A/B mixing without sufficient vacuum degassing. 2) Poor mold venting that traps air in cavity corners. 3) Injection speed too high causing turbulent flow that incorporates air. 4) Moisture contamination in the raw material. Solutions: ensure proper vacuum degassing (3-5 minutes at -0.095MPa), optimize mold venting, adjust injection speed, and store materials properly.
